Ticketing Terms

For events occurring on or after Sunday 19 April 2026, Ticketek is the exclusive ticketing agent for all events managed by Dunedin Venues Management Limited (DVML).

Please note: Tickets to Highlanders games and Otago Rugby games can be found on their respective websites.

We strongly advise you to only buy tickets through official ticketing agents. Third party ticket sellers (i.e. Viagogo) are not official agents, and any tickets purchased using those sites are not guaranteed to gain you access to the event.

Ticketek tickets can be purchased via the following outlets

• Online: premier.ticketek.co.nz
• Phone: 0800 TICKETEK (842 538)
• Box Office: Any Ticketek outlet nationwide - including the Regent Theatre. Or 1 Hour Prior to the event start time of any ticketed event managed by DVML.

The following service & delivery fees may apply when purchasing Ticketek tickets and can vary per event:

• Internet: $8.75 per transaction
• Outlet/Box Office: $2.15 per ticket
• Call Centre: $8.75 per transaction
• Courier: $8.00 per transaction
• Regional Courier: $9.00 per transaction
• Infrastructure Surcharge (Internet & Call Centre): A surcharge of $1.95% of the face value of the ticket will be added to the ticket price.
